I bought h110m pro VH plus along with gskill ripjaw ddr4 2400mhz is it ok to combine it with other brand like team elite 4gb ddr4 2133mhz thanks in advance

Hello,

You can do it? Yes but is not recommended because the speed and timings of those tow memory sticks are different, the bios will downclock your higher Memory clock in order to match it with the other stick but timing will reaming different among a few other things.
I personally will not recommend you to mix them, use your 2400mhz stick and try to find a new stick at least with same seeped and timings (the ideal thing will be 2 identical RAM stick )

If you can find one with same speed and timings yes, anyway first try to find one identically like the one you have now
Use CPU-Z to check speed, timings and other specs of your RAM so that way you can easily identify what you need to look for.
