[SOLVED] Command Prompt Random Pop ups

I've had this issue for 2 days now and I've tried using Malwarebytes and ADWcleaner but it still pops up
Anyone care to help me get rid of this? or whats causing it to pop up randomly? I can't do my work properly as it pops up every now and then.

Go thru Scheduled Tasks, and find the task invoking RegAsm. You can also use Microsoft' AutoRuns utility to see what is being scheduled to run at startup.

It seems this "Cmd.exe popup at random time" got quite popular lately - this is third or fourth post with similar issue
