Hello all, I am working on a new build (see my post: https://forums.tomshardware.com/threads/new-build-to-replace-an-i7-930-system.3870980/#post-23417968).
I was initially looking at the Inland Performance Plus, and the WD SN770.
I noticed today there is a 'new gen' of the WD at Amazon, the SN7100.
I don't believe the WD SN7100 has dram, so I was looking a little further. Specifically into the Crucial T500.
The speeds of the Inland, the WD SN7100, and the T500 are all pretty close. So close, that I don't think it would matter to me. And they are currently comparatively priced.
Anyone have any thoughts? It will be going into an ASRock z890 LiveMixer mobo.
Also, I noticed on the mobo, that it already has heatsinks built in, so I don't need to get the heatsink with the ssd, correct?
