Compare two potential builds and Leave feedback

Hi guys, I made my list of parts using newegg, and i asked for some criticism earlier.
Someone gave me an alternate list of parts, and i just wanted some comparison help.
Any suggestions are welcome, including hybrids between the two lists.

This desktop will be for gaming and video editing/rendering primarily.
I may decide to overclock the CPU slightly, 4.5 max.

That is a fantastic build, sir! props to you. You could cut out the i7 to save some moneys, but other than that +1!

Thanks for the reply. Which build would you think is better? Also, how much would I be sacrificing dropping to i5? I'm afraid my video rendering speeds will dip , especially since I'm using an i7 sandy now.

only thing a 3570k doesnt have that that i7 does is hyperthreading. -15 pecent performance and hyperthreading for 100 dollars off. not bad.

I couldn't open the newegg link. However, the pcpartpicker looks awesome. I can't see why you wouldn't buy that for your video editing and gaming.

I have 2x 1080's atm
