Hello,I'm new to the forums at Tom's Hardware, and I'm pretty ignorant when it comes to computers, so I apologize in advance if I sound like an idiot.
So this is the thing, I've got a computer with:
CPU: intel i3-530
RAM: 4gb corsair xms3
GPU: Intel hd graphics
PSU: 450w
Motherboard: Asus P7H55-M
I want to buy the nVidia gtx560 GPU, and I've had a good hard look at everything and it seems to be compatible with my motherboard. I'm really stressing if I have a big enough power supply, because when I research it I get many different answers. I was wondering if I have enough power to support the gtx 560? If not, what's the best GPU I can get with that sort of motherboard and PSU? And I might also get the i5-760 (it's the previous generation, I know, but 2nd generation intel CPU's aren't compatible with my motherboard). If I do, would that be compatible with everything that I've got?
I would really appreciate any help at all, I'm really confused at the moment. I know I've got a few questions, but the one I really want to know is if my computer will be able to support the gtx560. Thanks!
