Compatibility? With monitor stand

Hey im just asking If the Mount-It! Dual Monitor Mount Desk Stand for LCD LED Computer
Is compatible With the Asus rog swift pg258q and the Acer K242HQL

Like, With the size, Weight and right screws

Because In the manual for the Asus screen it says "use only UL certified monitor stand"

So is it compatible with as I said weight, screws, right holes for fitting it, and size

And is it UL certified?

mostly because of the refresh rate and if system let you use a onboard with gpu in .

So If i use integrated graphics In motherboard With gpu on other screen Will there be distortion ?

they is no way to solve this except to run the new one at 60 hz if she could so stay around someone could have something else to suggest .

so i know one that has a 60 hz monitor and a 144 but same input lagg but he has no problems and both conmectet til gpu
