However i wouldn't expect much performance from an old fx cpu even with a 1650.

yea it does depending on what cpu you have it could make a great pair

But for some few days its showing blue horizontal lines all over display everytime i start up my computer. I don't know why.

Amd fx 8320 processor with 8gb ram

Try reseating the GPU, unplugging and plugging monitor cable back in, and reinstalling drivers.

Inno3d gtx 1650 works for more than 1-2 month well. Tried Reseating, unplug, plug, tried different monitor vga cable & connector, driver reinstalled but problem not solved.
Now running good with zotac gt 730
