Compatible RAM upgrade

Hi, my laptop has 2 memory slots. Where one is filled with 2GB RAM & other one is empty. Now I want to upgrade my memory to 6GB. But I'm confused which Type of RAM should I buy as there is no compatible ram list at the manufacturer website.

Installed 2 GB RAM is "SAMSUNG 2GB 1Rx8 PC3-10600S-09-10-ZZZ" DDR3(1333Mhz)
Can you please suggest me a RAM of 4GB that will match with the default 2 GB RAM?

To 6? No. For laptops you have to have always same kit to make it work, on Desktop you can missmatch sometimes.
