These are the items that I chose.

RAM - CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9B


I'm just a little confused because in the details of the motherboard, it says

DDR3 1066 / 1333 / 1600* / 2133*(OC)

What does the * note? The RAM is DDR3 1600 MHz by the way.

The board was designed for the first two speeds. The "*" means that the board was tested at the higher speeeds.
