i use ulead 10 on windows 7 and vista but it can't run well, there's a missing component, can u help me please

To be of any help, you will need to provide more information. Exactly what do you mean by "It can't run well". What is it not doing to your satisfaction? What is the name of the missing component. If you are getting error messages, please post them.
