Components for a $400 gaming computer?

I am trying to build a $400 gaming computer that can have 8gb of ram and contain an AMD processor as well as an AMD graphics card. Because of this, I need to make sure that I get a motherboard that complies. At this price, it's a little hard for me to find one that is not a Micro/Mini motherboard. I want a standard ATX motherboard. The case I will be using for sure is a Mid-Tower ATX case. If you could list some recommended components, that would be amazing! Thanks, TheWhighet.

This won't play Battlefield 4 or Crysis 3 on 1080p maxed out, but it will run those games at 1080p on medium to high settings (with a little help from overclocking). But if you really are on a budget, here is an alternative.

Hey man. These components look great and are very similiar to what I had picked out! I'm not planning on playing those games at crazy settings so that works great. The only issue now is the good old OS. I always forget about the OS. Also, are you sure that all these components are compatible?

If you want to add an OS just choose between windows 7 or windows 8 it depends on your taste or you can wait for the complete version of the steam OS to save some money.
