Good day all,
My dad recently took his computer to computer repair shop because it would freeze when opening any application. I was able to manipulate everything with a keyboard, like opening applications and typing, but the mouse wouldn't work except on the desktop. The shop said that the issue wasn't happening at their location, but when it was back at our house the issue counited. If anybody that might have an answer the help is apricated. I'm thinking it might be something with our display which is a TV.
