So I got a problem, as soon as I turn on my PC it starts beeping endlessly.
All fans turn on and screen is blank. Tried everything I found online and then realised that when I take out the CPU it stops, but still no screen.
The specs are:
Intelcore i3 2100
Nvidia GTX 550ti
4gb ram 1333 (2x2)
Medion ms 7728 2.0
Tesla power supply 500w
Some cheap and old Maxtor HDD 200gb

Is there a way around this problem, which part do I replace to start working etc.

Solution
Before you right it off completely, it just good practice to throw these test steps in for good measure:

(1) Reseat your RAM. Try booting with only one RAM stick.
(2) Reset your CMOS/BIOS (remove the bios battery and power cord for 60 seconds, press power button, plug back into wall and boot without battery installed)
(3) Disconnect everything you can: webcam, keyboard, mouse, any expansion cards, etc. you can even unplug your hard drive. and try booting.
The brand will be printed on the bios chip on the motherboard. Unfortunately this can be hard to find if you don't know what you're looking for.

The bios chip is often near the bios battery or right next to a bios/cmos reset jumper. These days I expect to find a chip about 3/8 inch square. Sometimes they're roaches (chip in a socket), but more often they're soldered directly to the motherboard.

If you can identify your computer or motherboard, the manual will help identify the exact location and may tell you the brand.

If you have a homebuilt intel based PC, it's probably either an AMI or AWARD.

I really can't find it, but I think it might be AWARD as AMI doesn't have the beep code I have. And from what I have red, computer can't boot without a CPU- therefore it might be faulty as everything works as fans turn on etc. The CPU does get hot and stuff but I don't think it just functions properly. So should I just buy a new one or is there a way to try and fix it ?

It's hard to test the CPU + Motherboard unless you have access to another motherboard you can put your CPU in or another CPU you can put in your motherboard. It's also rare for a CPU to just up and die. You might need the help of a repair shop to answer that. It's also possible that your PSU isn't properly powering the CPU. So you really need a way to test each of those components.

Does your CPU have a working heatsink + fan? If not, this can lead to CPU death.

Well yeah, the heatsink and cooler works. The PSU might be the case as well. I know the motherboard works 100%. But the CPU is second hand and was used before by someone else so it could be dead from the start. Now I'm back to the conclusion is it the PSU or the CPU .
