Computer booting issue?

I just installed a new motherboard and CPU, upon booting up the PC it takes me to a screen that gives me some bootup options. First, it says Windows Error Recovery, windows failed to start, a recent hardware or software change might be the cause. It also notifies me I can insert my windows disc to initiate a potential repair, however I don't have my windows vista disc...

It gives me the option to boot in safe mode, boot normally, along with a few others. Regardless if I choose safe mode or normally, it flashes to a blue screen for a split second and sends me back to the booting screen. Anyone have any idea how to fix this issue?

Motherboard: ASRock z75 Pro 3
CPU: Intel I-5 3350P

if you know what version of vista you have it should be relatively easy to get a disk.try your local computer shop.further on this it is also possible that you will have to reinstall windows as it sounds like you are using your old hard drive with windows on it.this rarely works with a different chipset.
