A b75 motherboard is designed for business machines. An h77 is preferable.
That PSU is crap. Stick with Antec, XFX, Corsair, or Seasonic.

added a 20$ CPU cooler, and got a slightly cheaper power supply.

You don't need an aftermarket cooler for a CPU you cannot overclock..
