Hello so i wanted to build a cheap gaming pc and i am new on this thing. One of my biggest disadvantages is that i live in Mauritius and i cant buy from most websites because they dont offer international shipping or the prices are extremely high.

Can someone tell me if the pc will work:
CMSX16GX3M2A1600C10 Vengeance 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 1600 Mhz(RAM)
Cooler Master Hyper 212(CPU COOLER)
XFX 550W 80+(POWER SOURCE)
GIGABYTE GA-F2A88XM-D3H(MOTHERBOARD)
AMD Athlon X4 860K(PROCESSOR)
Western Digital 1TB 32mbps(HARD DISK)
i still didnt choose a graphics card and a tower i am looking mostly from websites like ebay which offer international shipping.
Can someone tell me first if i have all the required items or if something is missing also im pretty sure you will need lot of cables to connect all these. Can i know which ones so i can buy them. And do someone know a good tutorial to connect all the pieces?

I can have a budget i think in between 300$ and 400$ approximately.I only saw ebay from now that offer free shipping to mauritius every other website told me from 60$ to 100$ for economy shipping to mauritius

Yes there are but the prices are very high i tried asking for an intel core duo they offered it to me for 80$ while on ebay you can get it between 5$ and 20$

If i manage to get this build how do i fix it all together do i need to buy cables? Is there some kind of tutorial?

I watched for the GTX 1050 TI
the lowest price is 214$
