this is my first build i don't no much about gpu's i was looking for your opinion on what gpu i should use.. the one's you see in this list are the one's im looking at. sorry for spelling at work and typing to fast. doing this on a ten min break

The GTX 560Ti is the best graphics cards of the ones you listed. The 448 core EVGA one. (EVGA GeForce GTX560 Ti 448 Cores FTW 1280 MB GDDR5)

However, unless you are planning to run 3-4 of these, you certainly do not need a 1200w PSU.

500w for single GTX 560Ti
750w for SLI GTX 560Ti

Couple of things:

1) As AdrianPerry mentioned, 1200w is way overkill. 750w or 850w is plenty to keep you future proof if you decide to get a 2nd graphics card later.

2) The X58 platform isn't really a good one to pick now that Z68 is around. Go for an i5-2500k and a Z68 motherboard. It costs less, overclocks much better, and will perform better in games.

3) The 2GB versions of the 560 ti tend to not be worth it from a value standpoint. You would be better off bumping up to a GTX 570 for $30-40 more or just using the 1GB 560 ti (which performs pretty much identically) for about $60-80 less.

I do plan on adding more gpu as money is available. it the any thing that you don't like about the build or just advice about the build... ty you for your time

I'd agree with both of the above, go to an 1155 platform save some cash buy a better card to start with, single cards will give you less trouble from a driver point of view. Bear in mind you can only go sli with 'matched' cards, so the 448 is not the way to go as its a limited edition, and in fact with new nvidias around the corner, it might be difficult in 6 months to find a second for the pair.

I'd also suggest that SLI should be something to build yourself once you've built 1 or 2 and understand airflow better and how to maintain your case temps as the SLI config will make this joba lot harder.

You also should not be building using intels socket 1366 boards and cpu's

The newer socket 1155 is more powerful , runs cooler and games better

motherboard with a Z68 chip set
2 x4 gig of 1600 MHz RAM running at 1.5 volt

560 ti graphics [ depending on the resolution of your screen ]
650 watt psu

How will the i5 2500k do in multi threading programs. and high multi tasking. using 2 to 3 monitors. having Dreamweaver,Photoshop and kids movie going at one time.. plus gameing with the PC. i have been building this PC over and over on paper just making sure it will keep up with me as i advance.
