Computer cannot boot. Shuts off at Windows logo screen. Need help!

Hello,

So this problem started a couple days ago now. When I turn on my computer it will start up, go past my mobo screen and then when it hits the Windows logo screen the computer shuts off. It can't seem to boot past that. I've done a complete clean install of Windows 8.1 but that didn't seem to help.

Will it boot into Safe Mode? Also what mobo, CPU, DRAM, GPU, PSU? Do you have latest BIOS and all mobo and GPU drivers up to date?

I have not tried booting into safe mode. If I am able to get into that what do I do once I'm there? And yep everything is updated to the latest version. Here are my specs

MOBO: Asrock Z77 Extreme4
CPU: Intel i5 3570k
RAM: G.skill Trident X Series 16GB (2x8GB) 1600mhz
GPU: EVGA Geforce GTX 780 6GB SC w/ ACX Cooler

Anyone else able to help me with this problem? Not sure how I'm ever going to figure this out.
