Computer Case Fans connection !

I just ordered this fan-http://www.amazon.in/gp/product/B00N4WBHVM?keywords=computer%20case%20fans&qid=1457958056&ref_=sr_1_3&sr=8-3

This Fan has 4 pin molex and 3 Pin connector !
Do i have to connect both the 4 pin Molex and 3 pin connector or Just any one ??
For example do i have to connect the 4 pin Connector with my Psu and the 3 pin connector with my motherboard or Do i have to connect any one ???
