Computer case with option to put 3 top 120 mm fans or 360 mm radiator.

I am building pc and have set budget so I need to fing cheap case with a lot of room and option to put 3 fans at top or 360 radiator. Also case must support cpu cooler like hyper 212 evo (159mm) cause I wont put liqvid cooling now...no money.
