I have bought a Thermaltake Esports Challenger keyboard and had, had this for a few months. Only recently when I switched to a new motherboard, new processor, same hardrive, has this started happening. The keyboard will receive power, meaning the fan works and the backlight is on, but the computer no longer recognizes it. This also happens with my Logitech c110 webcam. Is there an answer for this?

Solution
I'm not sure why some keyboards have issues in the USB 3 ports but it seem to happen often. I personally don't have that issue with my setup but have seen it many time here in these forums.

Nevermind?...I dont know what just happened. But apparently I should've kept the keyboard in the usb 2.0? Because it just installed itself onto the computer in the 2.0 port.
Why wouldn't it work for the 3.0?
Cooler Master V8 GTS - High Performance CPU Cooler with Horizontal Vapor Chamber and 8 Heatpipes That is the heatsink I'm using.

Alright. That's weird. It doesn't seem to disturb the performance at all. And I haven't had an issue yet. So! Thank you, also. I plugged the camera into the 3.0 port and it installed a driver for itself as well.
