Dear All,
I'm coming with a problem I can't figure out how to fix.
It started about few weeks ago, to which I'm unsure about the root cause.
This can happen when gaming/streaming or just without any activity (such as watching youtube)
What happens on this "crash" process:
Now, the interesting part: This is not a typical crash, as I keep control of my mouse and keyboard ( so any Windows key + shortcut) or any move with the mouse are registered.
However, starting for example Task manager will make the software not to work if trying to get into "processes"
I can run command prompt but won't be able to write anything.
I tried to see if by not touching anything it would solve itself (such as a random stutter) but no.
If trying the Ctrl+Alt+Del --> Reboot: it will stay in a loop and not restart
The only way to get out of this is by forcing the shutdown and then starting the computer again.
What I tried so far:
All drivers are up to date, same as Windows.

I'm coming with a problem I can't figure out how to fix.
It started about few weeks ago, to which I'm unsure about the root cause.
This can happen when gaming/streaming or just without any activity (such as watching youtube)
What happens on this "crash" process:
- The sound will switch off by itself
- A few seconds later, the video (so, a game and/or youtube) will freeze
Now, the interesting part: This is not a typical crash, as I keep control of my mouse and keyboard ( so any Windows key + shortcut) or any move with the mouse are registered.
However, starting for example Task manager will make the software not to work if trying to get into "processes"

The only way to get out of this is by forcing the shutdown and then starting the computer again.
What I tried so far:
- Cleaning the computer
- Check on the connectics and rearranging the cabling
- Run hard drives checks
- Run sfc /scannow --> First time repaired few files but since then doesn't show any violation
- Checked online (haven't seen any similar situation)
All drivers are up to date, same as Windows.
