Solution
Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Include PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition.

Power down, unplug, open the case.

Clean out dust and debris.

Double check that all connectors, cards, RAM, and jumpers are fully and firmly in place.

Any change?

I updated the post now to include PSU but its a couple months old corsair CV650.

I'll clean out the PC tomorrow but it has tons of dust filters and its not even half a year old so i dont think dust and debris is a problem. I'll also recheck the connections and reply, thanks :)
