Hi
Not sure what to put this under but I've been having what I think are gpu crashes while playing Diablo 4 but searching around I don't see any others that have a similar problem. Some times I'm able to play for 3-4 hours no issues and other times its every 15-20 minutes. I've had the same crash while playing other games twice, but the issues started this week with D4s release. I'll just be playing and both monitors will go black as if they've been disconnected from my pc and the only way to bring anything back is to do a full restart.

Specs:
Windows 11
Ryzen 7 5800x
b550 tomahawk max
Radeon Rx 6800 XT
3 samsung SSD's
Corsair RM850x PSU
H115i platinum AIO

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

How old is the PSU in your build? can you check and get back to us on the BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time? As for your SSD's you've mention the brand of the SSD's, please mention the model of the SSD's.

Thank you for the welcomes,

First your questions then some probably other relevant information I forgot to add in last night before posting.
the PSU while I don't have an exact age was bought in late
2019-early 2020 for this build.

BIOS version according to CPU-Z is 2.20 - AMD AGESA Combo AM4v2PI 1.2.0.7
SSDs includ, 980 pro 2tb (m.2 - newly installed nothing on)
850 evo 250gb (nothing on - intending to remove from build)
860 evo 500 gb (primary drive )
Ram - corsair vengeance 32gb (2 16gb sticks)

Now onto the things my half asleep brain forgot to mention:
I have a 2 TB HDD which is where my C drive is located.

Aswell the motherboard, ram cpu and m.2 drive are new additions; being added after the crashing issue started.

my previous specs were
z390 mobo
offbrand 8gb ram x 2
i5-9600k
and there wasn't a m.2 drive previously
