Computer Date & Time

Computer date & time restores to dafault(1st Jan 2002 12.00 PM) whenever system restarts or boot up next time.

I have already change the BIOS battery to new one but the issue remain unresolved.

So plz help me out wt i m supposed to do?

Mine PC Confi:
MoBo: Asus M2N68AMSE2
Processor: AMD 2+
