When i press "Shut down computer" i get the shutting down windows on the screen, the monitors shut down but the computer's fans are still on and the leds are all on.
This leaves me with only one option, press and hold the power button until it shuts down. I dont feel comfortable doing this and would rather have it the normal way but it obviously dosen't work.
Things i've tried:
Installed a brand new Corsair 750 watts 80+ gold PSU. = Still not working
Booted in safe mode = nope.
Windows has been reinstalled multiple times, SSD (which its on) is fairly new and i had the problem before i got it.
So i'm guessing this is either CPU or MoBo related, or both. However im very satisfied with my current cpu performance otherwise so before going on a spending spree id like to know if theres anything else i could try, settings, stuffs, etc.
