Computer Fails to Post - Was Working

Long story short:
Motherboard would not let me overclock, called MSI, told me I had to flash BIOS, I had a wrong version
Was in BIOS attempting to MFLASH (did not detect BIOS files), reset the computer, now refuses to POST, turns off before fully turning on

Tried solutions:
RAM in different slots, 1 stick, etc.
Used integrated graphics
Reset CMOS battery

Specs:
i5 2500k
Hyper 212+ Push/Pull
MSI Z68A G43 G#
2x4GB G.Skill RAM
Gigabyte Radeon HD 6850
OCZ Fatal1ty 550w

Help me please. This motherboard has been giving me so many problems.

If you flashed the bios with the wrong version, the board may not post. Msi's "live update" bios flash utility normally will read your board bios and determine which bios file to use. It's hard to screw it up, but I guess it's possible. You can rma the board back to msi, simply stating that it won't post. No other explanation is necessary. It takes 2-3 weeks to get a replacement board, and I wouldn't try overclocking it again if the current board wasn't working. Overclocking isn't guaranteed; I don't do it anymore. I prefer stability.

I flashed it to the newest version and it was working for 3-4 months without any problems. Recently, it started to refusing to overclock, and that's when I looked into it.

Are you able to get into the Bios?

If you screw up ANYTHING during a BIOS update then your computer will not boot without the motherboard being replaced or altered for some high price by the Geek Squad. Its a fact of life.

I'm unable to get into the BIOS as the computer even refuses to POST. I was not flashing when the problem happened. I just turned it off after checking out the BIOS, and when I turned it on, it just stopped working.

POST = Power on Self Test

The beep you hear when you turn on the computer is the success of the POST.

My computer was working fine for a while before it stopped working at all. I had full functionality except overclocking.
