Computer Fan Issue

When I Am Not Using My PC and when it is idel the Fan Speed of all Fans in the system ramps up but slows as soon as i strat using it..??? Any Ideas????

So long as your temps are fine I wouldn't worry about it. a good cleaning of the dust could help solve this problem. Just make sure that you turn the pc off before you clean it

My idle temps hover around 55-58 degree Celsius. i think its too much for idle temps....

yes that is very high, what cpu and heatsink do you have

is it like the stock heatsink or something aftermarket?

i have a HP Z600 Workstation with dual X5570 CPUs with stock heat sink. also have a EVGA GTX 1060 3 GB graphics cards installed. This problem surfaced just recently about a month ago. Previously it was fine. My temps during playing Tom Clancy's Wild Lands jumped up to 90+ and that is dangerous i suppose

your best options are to clean out the dust and replace the thermal paste, those would be my first points of action
