Computer freezes randomly

Hello! I have a good computer(don't know the exact specs), I can run a steady 200 fps on minecraft with good graphical settings and 100 on counter-strike:global offensive with medium graphical settings. But yet my computer freezes randomly in any game or software and I can't get it back to working again, I have to restart it. It doesn't happen everyday but I'd say maybe once a week.

This has been bugging me for almost a year now and I'd like it fixed. Thanks in advance.

How long have you had your computer? The specs would be very helpful. In terms of freezing it could be a boatload of issues, which is why we need your specs. For now go ahead and update your gpu drivers
