[SOLVED] Computer freezes when buzzing noise stops and stops freezing when buzzing noise returns.

I recently moved my computer to a different house and a on and off buzzing noise has been occurring. Games freeze when the buzzing noise stop and I cannot determine where the noise is coming from. GPU drops down to 50% usage when buzzing noise stops during gaming. Temps and voltages normal.
CPU - i5-8400
Motherboard - H310M-PRO-VH
RAM - 16 GB DDR4 2400mHz
PSU - Aerocool 500w
Storage - 128 GB SSD and 1TB HDD and 3TB External HDD
Cooler - Stock CPU Cooler
GPU - MSI 1060 6GB OC v2

Any help is greatly appreciated, thank you heaps.

If the problem started when you moved the PC I would open the side panel and check something didn't come loose. Reseat all the cards and cables, check the heatsink is secure.

Ok see if you can tell where the buzzing noise is coming from. PSU would be my first guess

It looks like a very budget PSU you have there. It only has a 1 year warranty which is never a good sign. I would replace it with something decent. Which country are you in?

My PC has been running for a while and the FPS drops are less common now, not really sure what happened

sounds like your GPU fan may have not been turning properly so the card was throttling until temps came down.

Make sure no wires are touching fans, test every fan by hand to make sure it's free spinning. If you have to, blow/use compressed air on the psu fan to make sure it's spinning freely too. There should be no clicking/buzzing while spinning.
