1.Go to windows power management and change your plan to maximum performance.
2.Open task manager and try to find if anything is causing the overload -> Memory,CPU,DISK etc....
If that doesn't work please go to Windows folder and search for minidump file.
Simply hover over task bar than right-click , properties , start menu , customize , check "RUN" option . Go to "RUN" from windows start menu and type %SystemRoot%. Press enter and find Minidump or Memorydump folder.
