while i play rocket league or league of legends, the pc freezes and has diffierent color stripes every time it happens.
i tried to look if it is maybe from the windows or the pc but im not sure.
i really need help finding a way to fix it.

For Scan:
spybot: deleted 4950 temporary files but still freezes
avast full system scan: didnt find any malware
comodo firewall scan: no affected files

so please find a solution.

Solution
the cpu does not count as case fan you could have one at front and bottom as intake and one at top and back as exhaust that will do a air flow and lower case inside temp . the other thing i would dust of sytem fan cpu and gpu and try the gpu in another system under stress to see how high it goes in temp .

First of All, How to Monitor the GPU?Secondly, I actually saw the Temperature of the GPU while playing Rocket League in High Settings, FXAA Medium, and Vertical Sync.
That's the Highest Settings for Rocket League.

So when i Joined a Match, the Temperature rised from 68°C to 80°C, and while in the same match, the Temperature got in 89°C, that was the maximum but it didn't Froze at that time. so i lowered the settings.
i set it to medium settings with FXAA high, and Vertical Sync but kept the other settings, so it reached maximumly to 87°C. after i tested it by 4 hours (not continuously playing rocket league) i played 2 Matches and Completed them. but in the Third Match, the PC froze like before with the same thing (color stripes).

just a side note: i play music while playing rocket league.
thanks for the support.

i seen temp fluctuation in the cpu and gpu under load if you have any cooling paste left i would repaste the cpu ,for the gpu you may ask him to much on high settings temp raise near 90 c that is too high so you gone have to lower game settings to avoid high temp also do you have a good air flow in system and if budget permit look for a never gpu that could handle more in game demand .

this is not a problem with high settings or something, even at medium settings it gets to that temperature, and i only got 1 fan for the pc. and if you have a graphics card that you can advice me to buy which is capable to play rocket league with and compatible with the pc?

Case:Thermaltake Commander MS-I (VN400A1W2N)

in the page, it says there is 3 optional places for the fans but i only added 1 which is the CPU Fan, do you recommend me to add them?

Solution

in this week, im pretty sure im going to take my pc to a pc shop and let them dust off my pc, and i will add the fans.

thanks for the support, i appreciate it.

you could use canned air to dust it off that will save you money there are plenty of video on the net for this and if you need to get new fans for case give a look at cougar one the have a set of 4 are real good price with good cfm and low db noise .
