Computer has power won’t start

I have a ROG strip b360-f gaming motherboard and a EVGA clc 240 cooler. I plugged everything in and the rgb on the motherboard turns on and it has a the orange light that tells me the motherboard has power but I try and turn it on and the the top 3 fans spin for a second and then turn off. What I think is the problem is the EVGA Clc 240 has like the mini usb plug to like a 9 pin female connecter and there is only 2 spots on my motherboard for that and it’s aafp which I plugged the hd audio from the case and the other spot is usb910. If you have any suggestions please tell me. Also went through that guide already and it didn’t really help.
