Question Computer instantly shuts off with RX580! Please help.

I have never OC my rx580 and have always kept the temps around 60c. My computer shut off last week and wouldn't turn back on with the rx580. I have a b350 mother board and have been running fine for a year. Anytime I put the rx580 in, the board will turn on for LITERALLY .50 of a second. Then if I want it to do that again I have to disconnect the power. Is my rx580 done for? This is the second one. My first one died in two weeks. When my computer did this I took the gpu out and restarted and I got CPU solid debug light. When I put my older gpu in the computer works. I'v been using my computer for a good year no problems. Ryzen 5 1600. B350 Tomahawk. Thermal Take Smart Series PSU 650 watt.

Although yout PSU is 650W i would try and change it for another one if you can, it's not that great
Anyway, if you can borrow someone elses psu, i'd do that

This does sound like a psu issue aswell.
Do you have another psu or gpu to test with?
You wont be ablt to boot without a gpu installed.
