Computer internet does not work

My internet works well on multiple devices around the house except for my computer which runs on LAN. However my brothers computer which also runs on LAN works too. On my computer it shows that it is connected but nothing will load up on my computer. It's very strange

Do an ipconfig /all command and make sure everything matches the other computers except for the system's IP addres. Make sure the network adapter is set to DHCP and not manual. Did you try a different cable and port on the router?
