Computer is freezing up

Lately my computer has been freezing up and I don't know why. When I play a game after about 3 minutes it freezes to where I have to manually shut off the computer. My specs are
i5 6600k
16gb of ram
gtx 970
When in task manager nothings is going at 100% but it still freezes and I need to solve it.

use hwinfo on the sensor page and check temp also psu voltafes on idle and uner load ,list all other parts you have in system .

also strip system to minimal parts using only the os hdd and minimal ram to run load and stress test .
