It began with just a random restart while I was using Firefox, not doing anything particularly notable. After the restart it was usable for a while (20-30 min) and then the screen just went black. The green light on the case is still on, as if the computer is on, but the monitor light is blinking (as it would be if the computer was off) and when I press caps lock or num lock on the keyboard, the indicator lights don't come on.
If I press the power button nothing happens. I have to keep it pressed to force it to power off. This has now happened three times (four if you count the initial restart). The computer works normally for 20-30 mins and then freezes in the way described.
I'm not doing anything special that could cause this, just using Firefox. I haven't updated Windows recently or installed anything that could have caused this. My configuration is in my signature.
