I've seen a similar issue to my current one and was wondering if you could help diagnose an issue similar to the below link.

I seem to be getting full system lag every time i use a bit more than normal system resources for example playing a game like LoL or Witcher 3 it would go through some heavy stuttering and lag whenever there is a lot happening on screen at once (which is when it happens most often) but it also happens during calm periods in-game or even just watching youtube.
This is for both offline and online games/movies etc.
The duration of this lag seems to be ranging from 5 - 20 minutes which is incredibly frustrating.
This all starting happening around when i got the motherboard installed so perhaps a compatibility issue?
If you're able to help, im even willing to pay if needed.
I can post anything you need to you by email if that's ok (eg. specs and other)
