My Win10 PC keeps on restarting if Fast startup is enabled. I turn it off, it simply restarts.
I wanted to know if there is a fix, so that I can have the option enabled, while having the PC shut down correctly.
My PC is updated to the latest version of Windows, and graphics driver is also up to date.

Thanks.

The first thing I'd suggest you do is back up your critical content onto an external storage device and then go about with instructions in this guide. You would also benefit from verifying your isntaller/installation isn't corrupt. You can perform repair install and repair any underlying installation corruption in your OS files.

It's also found on the www that enabling Fast Boot/Startup was the main cause of the hiccup with pretty much every user that migrated to Windows 10. So in hindsight, I'd ask you to leave it if things go south and a reinstallation of Windows 10 is required. You may also want to keep a bootable USB installer handy just in case.
