Computer modem is not being detected by my pc

now the a b c d lihgt is not on. only c&d light is on,a&b is orenge intead of green how do i get the whole light on so that my computer will start again?

I don't understand what do you mean by a b c d lights...

is your problem with the modem/network card?

or is it with computer not being able to boot to windows?
