[SOLVED] Computer not booting into windows after first install

Hi, I just finished building my new computer and installed windows using my old USB from when I last built a computer (~2016). After the first successful install and getting into windows I shutdown the computer to walk away and work on something else. After I came back on powered on the computer it seemingly isn't booting into windows anymore, just says PRO SERIES without the spinning windows circle that usually appearing on the bottom. I'm not sure what the problem is. The drive I am using is a SAMSUNG 980 M.2 SSD. Thanks for any help.

Yep, looks like you were right, I guess that version of windows was too old.
