Computer Not Turning On

Tried turning on my computer after being gone for the day and had no luck. Literally nothing happened after trying pushing the power button, no lights, fans, beeps, nothing. I could possibly get somewhere if I had heard something or maybe a light turned on but still, nothing. I completely re-seated the computer to see if that had been the issue but still no luck. I bought a new Corsair (600w) PSU, 80+ certified, to replace my what was thought to be dead Rosewill (600w) power supply but again, nothing. Changed outlet, nothing. Cleaned out computer, nothing. Re-plugged everything, nothing. I have no clue as to what could have possibly happened seeing as there really isn't a sign of damage anywhere on the motherboard (about 1 month old, recently got a new refurbished one to replace the dead one from AsRock). I double checked every cable to see if one was interfering with another but everything was fine, plugged in, and what appears to be in working condition. My only real theory as of yet is that the power button may be faulty but I've had no luck in finding out how to (tried it myself, touched ends with a screwdriver but no luck) properly short the power on ends. Is there anything else that could possibly interfere with my setup and it's power? Could really use the help, thanks. My build list is below, any help is appreciated.

Fractal Design Core 1000 Case
Corsair 600w Modular PSU
i5 3570k OC 4.4
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO Cooler (2 fans)
GTX 670
Samsung 120Gb SSD
Seagate 2tb HDD
Asrock Pro-4M Motherboard
Patriot 8gb RAM

Also, I accidentally switched the power on button with the case LED (where the cables attach to the motherboard) and when I switched on the PSU, the case light had turned on. Not sure if that's some kind of hint? Maybe it is my power switch seeing as the motherboard seemed to be getting power? Who knows.
