Question computer not willing to turn on

Hello, hope someone could help me with my build. i recently bought a mediocre pc from new, but i assembled all the parts. parts are: intel Core i5 12600k
NZXT N5 Z690 (LGA1700)
Corsair vegance 3200 MhZ DDR4 32 kit (216) 2Kingston NV2
PCI-E 4.0 M.2 NVMe SSD

only things i've not upgraded are my psu and gpu which are:

ASUS GTX 1060 6GB
750W Corsair (?) Premium (or bronze i don't remember.

the whole setup together doesn't work. ram are tested, cpu is new, mobo is tested, gpu and psu worked just fine on my last mobo.

bios is updated on the mobo and when i plug the psu to mobo i can click and hold bios flash button and it begins flickering which means it's getting power. I'm hopeless pls help

How old is the PSU and what is the model of your PSU?

You should still be able to get to power your build without the discrete GPU since you have an iGPU on the processor.

the psu is a corsair CX750M
i do get power to the build hence the gpu led is white and the mobo's bios flash button flashes too. i just don’t understand why it’s not powering on at all
