I'm moving to Canada as a transfer student. I have a pretty well built PC at home, so I was wondering if i can take it apart and take the components with me (GPU, PSU, CPU, mainboard, HDDs).

I can probably carry them in my checked luggage, but I don't want to risk mishandling by the luggage crew. So I was wondering if I can carry them in my carry-on.

Keep in mind that the PSU has a lot of cables coming out of it. Will that be an issue?

You should probably check with your airline as they'll likely have some specific rules. Personally, if I was going for an extended period, I'd ship the components to myself.
