Use Reliability History/Manager and Event Viewer to look for error codes and warnings.

Especially any error codes or warnings just before or at the time of the crashes.

Post accordinly.

And update your post to include full hardware specs and OS.

Hello everyone, I have a problem on my computer too, my computer suddenly shuts down when I play League Of Legends, he started doing this to me a month ago, and before that I had do a pose of the game of 2 months (during the holidays), before the holidays it did not do that to me, but maintain every 10 minutes of play (approximately) it goes out. It turns off completely and takes 3 minutes before I can turn it back on, so I told myself that it's a problem of overheating but even with a plate with a fan (laptop) it turns off anyway and when I touch it does not look hot .. So is it overheating? if so, why and how to fix it? or is it a configuration problem? which and how to fix it?

Okay so I did both and both came out without any problems,

he SFC came back with
Beginning verification phase of system scan.
Verification 100% complete.

Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.
so now what would be the next step? :/

should I just download the Windows Media Creation tool and do a Repair from there?
