Question Computer randomly restarts when gaming and streaming

Hi All,

So I built a computer last month and every so often (once a week) my computer will restart. I have run memtest and Prime95 (to see if it was heat related) but temps didn’t go above 80 and no restarts during the tests.

Specs as follows:
CPU: Ryzen 7 3700x
Cooler: Wraith Prism
MoBo: MSI Tomohawk X570
GPU: EVGA RTX 2070 Super XC Ultra
RAM: GSkill Trident Z 3600 (XMP enabled)
PSU: Seasonic Prime 650w
Fans: Noctua X3 (2 in, 1 out)
Case: Fractal Design Meshify C
Memory: Samsung Evo 970 pro 500GB & Crucial 2TB SSD

Can’t find anything online that would say I should have a power issue, so I’m lost!!

Which BIOS version are you currently on for your motherboard? What version of Windows 10 are you on at the moment? Could you specify the model for the Seasonic Prime unit? Is that brand new as well?

Windows 10 Pro version 2004
Seasonic Prime TX 650w
Everything with the system is brand new
