Computer Randomly Restarts

Sorry if this is in the wrong place, but there is no help section.

I'm having a really big issue with my computer. It will restart randomly regardless of the load. I could be idle, browsing the internet, playing a game, it doesn't matter. Sometimes it boots windows before it restarts other times it restarts before loading windows. It even restarts in safe mode.

Things I've Tried:

-Turning off Restart Automatically After System Failure. I still don't get BSODs and no new error dumps since two days ago. For reference, the last error I got was a 0xa IRQL_NOT_LESS_THAN_OR_EQUAL_TO.

-Replacing every part in the computer except for the memory, but I ran it in a different system with no problems.

-Monitoring all temperatures, everything is running below 40c

-Flashing main bios with backup bios (Even restarted during that, had to do it twice)

-Running the computer outside of the case.

- Reinstalling windows 8

I'm seriously at my wits end here. I've searched around everywhere and no one seems to have the same problem as me as none of their solutions have worked.

Any help is appreciated.

My Build:
Motherboard: Gigabyte z87x-ud4h
Processor: Intel i5 4670k with standard cooler
Graphics Card: HIS 7950 IceQ Turbo
Memory: Crucial Ballistix 8GB (two sticks)
Samsung 840 PRO Series 128gb SSD
Western Digital 1TB HDD
Power Supply: Corsair AX 750W Gold

Okay I'll try that when I get back, also I don't think the psu is the issue as I've already replaced it once and switched psus with my friend. my psu worked fine in his computer

Well i just realized I don't have a CD or usb to boot the memtest86 from. I figured i could use a partition on another HDD i have, but that doesn't seem to be working. I did read somewhere that faulty power cords can cause the issue of the computer restarting randomly, so I changed power cords, and the system is running fine now. I'm still not sure that its fixed though, because I've false fixes like this before. I'll just have to wait and see if that really was the problem.

+3.3V: 3.344V
+5V: 5.010V
+12V: 12.240V

##UPDATE##

Also I've clocked the cpu down, it seems to restart less often if I turn the clock down. (3.00 GHz from 3.4 GHz)

##UPDATE 2##

It can run for a few hours without restarting but it will still happen at some point.

Okay, I set the BIOS back to optimized defaults. It's now running at 3.4 GHz and it managed to boot windows. I'll let you know if it turns off again.

Okay i found a flash drive to use and am currently running the memtest. Its been running for about an hour and thirty minutes by now (2 passes) with no errors, but ill probably let it finish up. I'm thinking of trying my roommates ram in this computer and putting mine in in his just to completely rule that out.

Before I started the memtest, I did switch my ram over to the two other slots and it ran much longer than normal @ 3.4GHz before shutting off. I'm thinking i just got lucky there.

That is true, some hardware just doesn't work right with other stuff. Usually companies put out updated bios to make those issues go away.

If you load into Windows now does the system run decently now? If you can run memtest86 for 3 hrs + lets see if you can be in windows for more than an hour without a crash.

During and after I ran the memtest it ran from 2:30 (The last time it restarted) yesterday until about 4am this morning. (When I went to sleep) And then when my friend used it this morning around 10 am it started restarting more frequently again. It just restarted a few seconds ago.
