This has been happening about a week now. I am running Windows 10, a GTX 760 1 western digital cavier blue 1tb drive an i7-4770k and a gigabyte b85m-d3h ultra durable motherboard. I recently bread boarded my pc for roughly a week and had no issues whatsoever I put my pc back into it's case and the issues have started happening again.

i c.. Well if thats the case, its like some pin of your motherboard had a contact with the case result in shortage. But im not sure though..

If shortage is not the case, try download cpu hw monitor and monitor the temps plus compare temps between in and out of the case.

So you saying that when you run it outside your case, your pc works wonder. But when put into the case, issues start happened, correct?
