I have done everything in that Link. It was much appreciated, I just wish something on that list would have helped. Any other ideas would be awesome

System Specs.
ASUS Prime Z390-A Motherboard

CORSAIR - Vengeance RGB PRO 32GB (4PK 8GB) 3GHz PC4-24000 DDR4

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8700K CPU @ 3.70GHz, 3696 Mhz, 6 Core(s), 12 Logical Processor(s)

XFX Radeon VII DirectX 12 RX-VEGMA3FD6 16GB 4096-Bit HBM2 PCI Express 3.0 CrossFireX Support Video Card

EVGA SuperNOVA 850 GA, 80 Plus Gold 850W, Fully Modular, Eco Mode, 10 Year Warranty, Includes Power ON Self Tester, Compact 150mm Size, Power Supply 220-GA-0850-X1

Windows 10 Home 64

Crucial 1TB SSD

512GB Intel Optane memory M.2

I replaced the PSU with a GIGABYTE P650B to make sure it wasn't the PSU and it randomly restarted with the new PSU as well.

I've also updated all of my drivers to current and the BIOS as well.

I have used memtest and ran the test on all chips with 0 errors
Also I have upgraded to an EK Waterblocks Liquid cooling custom loop for the CPU (EK-Velocity) and Put a Bitspower GPU Full water block on the GPU
