computer restarts randomly

sometimes when i am playing doesnt matter which but randomly my pc will just completely shut off then start to boot up, i use msi afterburner to check the temp of everything and everything stays between 40-60 degrees when im playing games any idea what might cause this?

List all your specs. It sounds like a PSU issue.

Does afterburner monitor CPU temps as well? If not CPU overheating, then it could be a number of things. Possible PSU or motherboard issue.

afterburner does monitor CPU and there not over heating at all
